Private Health Insurance (PPP, etc.)

Many medical insurance companies now cover the cost of osteopathic treatment. Please check with your insurance company for levels of cover or whether a GP referral is required. We expect patients to pay us for each treatment and then reclaim the fees from their insurance company. Please ensure that you inform the receptionist if you will be claiming through medical insurance as some companies specify which osteopaths are covered.

Cancellations

Please try to give us at least 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend so that we can offer your appointment to another patient who may require it urgently. We regret that a fee may be charged if booked appointment time is lost through lack of notice or failure to attend.
